Listen mi hermano you don't need to tell me about Islas Canarias; I was there for the Grand Opening more than 30 years ago when that was considered the Everglades. 127th Ave was as far as you could go without hitting dirt road going west, and pastuers surrounded the area. I concur in that their croquetas are off the catalina and easily las mejors en todo Miami.
I will have to try that quatro Ruedas though, that one is new to me.

Thanks I will try and make it on saturday. I wish it was a date. My wife tends to make this a habit and not cook. LOL. In a way that is for the best. LOL. She thinks the smoke detector is supposed to signal when the food is done.
