More Breaking New:

There whereabouts of
Wilson Metellus

The Spiderman always knows!

After days of being kept on hold and through other investigative means, the information is finally mine to share.
WILSON METELLUS location is 7701
But to make it fun, I will not make it easy to find. You can find the athletes location embedded within this text, see if you can figure out how to decipher it.

Good luck to all you Sherlock’s out there, though I am willing to bet there are more Clouseau’s. If you do figure it out, please keep it to yourself, this could be lots of fun.

Wow! Their 125-140lb wt classes will be more stacked! It also strengthens their lineup once their superstar 135-140lb 2x champ senior is gone.

This is true anonymous, get an alias though. I wonder who will go what weight. My guess is Rat-125, Metellus-130, Tico-135, Not sure if Kendrick at 140 or 145. What do you think?

Spiderman said...

I guess you deciphered the code then? Or ar you just guessing? If you deciphered it you must admit that was pretty cool.

Spiderman said...

Magneto,

My best guess would be Kendrick at 145, but he can probably drop to 140 if he had too. Can you guess how much he weighs right now?

Magneto said...

Yes the code was pretty plain to see, but It was more the deafening silence that gave it away. maybe this will give some credibility to my magneto senses. I would imagine Kendrick to be beyond 155-160.

Spiderman said...

Magneto,

Not so plain, you had to take action to view it right?

Anyway, you are correct yet again, Sanders is in the neighborhood you mentioned.

Magneto said...

Didn't have to highlight the text if that's what you mean. Just magnetized the screen with one of my force fields...and squinted a bit too.

Magneto said...

Will admit though, it was pretty clever and hilarious. You are intriguing. I didn't mention it before because you asked not to. In the words of Limbaugh, cudos to you.

Spiderman said...

Magneto,

I just received a report from a source that says on some screens it was easier to see than on others. In my screen for example, unless you highlight forget it, but apparently on other screens it's lightly visible. Anyway, the cat is out of the bag and now everyone can see for themselves, but my friends up the road are dying to know what 7701 is. LOL!!!

Glad you enjoyed the slight of hand.

Is that the only way that SD can win a state title? They did the same thing last year with Watson and still came in 2nd. Them they complain about Oviedo. Give me a break.

CoachKW said...

Genius,

Watson, was there for his first 3 years of high school, he just transferred to Homestead. I think you meant to say Thompson. I coached Watson in middle school along with Tico, he had been there the entire time. Prince should have been there as a freshmen, he chose a different school, moved for 2 years and then he came home. Please don't confuse the 2.

Spiderman said...

Anonymous,

That I know of, SD never complained about Oviedo. They poked fun at Oviedo sure we all did, but they go the last laugh with the state title. Anyway, Prince Thompson did not have his eligibility twice rejected by the FHSAA, He did not have any trouble with the G.M.A.C. which goes above and beyond the regulations set by the FHSAA, and he did not need a lawyer to request an injunction forcing the FHSAA to grant eligibility even though the transfers in question had clearly broken FHSSS bylaws. I think the apple and Oranges here are pretty evident.

WOW,

Is it me or does Coach KW get pissy everytime someone complains or trashes South Dade. I thought he was a bulldog now, what gives. Does his loyalty have to transfer along with him or can he be loyal to two schools at once? I feel for the man. Loving a wife while longing for his mistress.

Spiderman said...

Moonie,

OUCH! It can't be easy...

I'm sure he still has a soft spot for SD, and I'm sure with time it will wear off. But there are many kids on that team that he is close to so you can't really blame him; to think he is just going to forget those kids because he took a new job at a different school is not only unrealistic, but it would be heartless on his part if he were able to disconnect that easily. Now if three years down the line he still feels the same, then we might have a problem, but for now KW gets a pass from the Spiderman as well he should from everyone else.

Anonymous said...

If you did not notice, KW is still a part of SD wrestling and will continue to be as long AS HIS KIDS ARE STILL WESTLING THERE!

He may be a Bulldog now, but there will be Buc blood in him for a few more years (or until his kids graduate.) He will like his new doghouse a bit more when he has a few of his own pups roaming about. Hey KW, have you come up with a new feeder for Braddock yet? What are you waiting for?

CoachKW said...

Moonie

I get "pissy" when people can't get their facts straight. If he would have said Prince, I wouldn't have commented. Since the genius said Watson was the transfer I felt like correcting him. After 2 long days at the races my patience was a little thin. I can still cheer for the Boyz from the South, I've coached some of them for 4 years, that bond doesn't just disappear.

Just show up Dec 19 at South Dade and see which team I'm cheering for.

Moon Knight said...

Coach KW,

I can neither confirm nor deny the fact that I will or will not be there for the South Dade v. Braddock match. I will however, have some people there to watch and report to me the events that take place that day. I will also look forward to the Spider's report along with the ever present Miami Herald, who always seem to deem that match as an article maker.

Myself,

Damn those last three posts were very reminiscent of something. OH Yeah! Me! All three sounded like things I either said recently, said previously, or say customarily. OK here is the truth, I am several different characters on here, KW for sure, but I am also MoonKnight, Doom, PWD, The Ref, Galactus, and recently I have added Magneto and CujosMom. Of course I am always anonymous and always Spiderman. I just sit here all day arguing with myself and my several personalities because I have nothing else to do. There is no one even reading this site, this is just me answering myself.

I enjoyed my post very much Spidey, thanks I'm glad I liked it.

GALACTUS said...

Hey!. Quit with the cheap shots at K2W2 he is a man of integrity and should be lauded for the job he did at SD and congratulated for his new job.He loves his wife and longs for no one else.I will be there to watch SD pummel the Challengers and will get to see him go home brokenhearted,A spear through his heart as his former proteges defeat his new charges.

Magneto said...

If there is something I would not get into a pissing contest with KW about, it's about stats. He knows his S#iT. The man does a tremendous service to Florida wrestling and is as committed to what he does as any great coach is to his team.

I know KW.KW is a friend of mine.
You are no KW.

Moon Knight said...

Surfer?,

The freaking Surfer is here LOL. Welcome back. How are those galaxies way out there. Had a good vacation? Are you back?

By the way, your remark was funny as heck. Still laughing.

Yes, Coach KW does great work for Florida Wrestling, but it should be noted that he is in a tough position. I make note of it in a comical way not to impune his character.

Anonymous,

Glad to see the Central west represented on here. We appreciate you posting Brandon's potential line-up, and your contribution to the discussion.

If you or any other person from that area would like to get a screen name and write about what happens in your area, I would be happy to start your own section on my Blog. I will post your contribution word for word with no deletions or changes. This Blog has been mostly a Dade entity, but it is young and I know there are many outside of Dade that read but don't really contribute. Well I would like to change that and am willing to give equal time. What do you say?

Spiderman said...

Other Anonymous,

Thanks for posting SD's possible line-up. From where I stand they seem pretty evenly matched, I can't see South Dade or Brandon in a cake walk. It will come down to bonus points I think, and at this point even with Metellus I would still make South Dade the Underdog. The line right now is Brandon minus 4, so place your bets early, I have a feeling the 4 point line might shrink to push-em in a month or so.

Anonymous said...

That would be a solid South Dade line up. But I think you may be off a weight class starting from about 125. I don't have any inside info. but I am going to guess it will be something like this
119- Josh Williams or Omi Acosta
125- James Williams
130- Metellus
135- Tico Baez
140- Kendrick Sanders
145- A JV wrestler last year moving up.
152- Montalvo
160, 171, 189, no clue
215- Willie Wiggins

After seeing first hand some of the South Dade wrestlers this weekend I think they will have a line-up capable of beating Brandon.
Don't be surprised if we have a Grajales vs. Baez match at 130. Baez wrestled 135 at seahorse and totally dominated.

If coach B is going after that win, he may take a chance with Baez against Grajales rather than Rat Williams against Grajales. That new kid South Dade got is pretty impressive to. I think he may be the 135 pounder. We will just have to wait and see.

Spiderman said...

Anonymous,

Like I said earlier, place your bets, the line is still Brandon minus 4, but I have a feeling the line will change.

Anonymous said...

I got my money on SD, I just don't see them losing with the line up they have, but Brandon is a much better technique team. It's going to be interesting and fun to watch. One match that doesn't go as planned can decide what team wins. Brandon isn't stupid to schedule SD if there was a chance of them losing or putting Grajales against Tico. Tico will break him.
