In a perfect world such actions taken by those in violation of their positions would not be required. This being our world only vociferous loquacious shouts of rage and injustice can make a mark on those minds who dare not see thru the blatant camouflage perpetrated by those venal vermin. Mr. Husk, your naked villainy may be perpetrated by those in your charge and even without your consent but the distorted reflection that it cast will always be in your image.

I know why you did it. Why you sought to cleave your way back to that peak you were so use to. For many years you ruled with an iron fist demanding obedience and establishing a controlled consent of the populous. Now you’ve reverted back to your days of old when young charges dreamt of following your lead. The insulting discharge from the Spartan complex still wanes on your mind and the vengeance of a true reckoning is recklessly sought before your final stage and curtain falls. Today a lifetime of conspicuous deeds covered by the passage of time now seem exhumed by your current path. A past covered and layered in cloak and dagger deals and agreements now verge on the precipice of discovery. Step carefully Mr. Husk, your conscription of young athletes are not unnoticed by those in power.

This is the question that many are asking other people as well as themselves. By human nature there are many people that are WATCHING what is occuring not only at Columbus but in other schools as well. Back to the original question:

Is Columbus recruiting or not?

1) Yes and no. They definitely and blatantly have recruited in the past. I KNOW for a FACT that they heavily recruited wrestlers in the past specifically some that will be seniors next year. Those that are in the wrestling community in Dade County that have been actively involved in wrestling and at tournaments and talk to coaches, parents, and kids, knows that this is a fact. Those that do not realize this are either blind or deaf.

Now, there are those that have chosen to go there such as Noffo. Now, I honestly cannot blame Matt Noffo for going there taking his situation at Coral Reef and really a lack of a quality program. Noffo though, WAS NOT RECRUITED.

2) HOW THEY ARE BEING RECRUITED?

Simple, even though anyone applying for Columbus whether wrestling or not can apply for financial aid. However, those that have outstanding wrestling skills are easily given aid. Some that have moderate skills, well, lets just say that they have been offered MINIMAL FINANCIAL AID. And trust me, it is not because they may have more money than the talented wrestlers. It is just a case where they are not going to go out of their way for a kid who will not make an impact to their team. So basically, if you are a stud and really want to go to Columbus, trust me, they can get you in with minimal out of money expense from mom or dad.

Kids are being recruited via middle school tournaments other tournaments, and other info.

So yes, they do recruit and have been recruiting. But they are also attracting other kids there as well that are not being recruited.

I got to go for now.

Crack,

Sorry man but things are winding down. I can't make news where there is none. Besides, this is my M/O I kind of disappear in the off-season. The site may in fact die down for now, but when things get hot again everyone will return to play. And if no one returns, then so be it, I have had a great run and nothing last's forever. I will see if I put together something with these very sentiments and post in on the main page, that way folks will know what to expect.
