Rumor has it that Abadine will again not be in the line-up. I had American winning in a tight one based on an Abadine decision over American. Now that I know he is out of the line-up I think American is 10 points better than you.
You should have kept your big mouth shut and I might not have disclosed to the world that Abadine was out; now this match-up is going to be fairly anticlimactic.
McCain kept it Closer against Obama than you will keep it against American.

I agree with you. His kids are always well behaved and carry themselves well. Those kids are great to talk to they love their coach and always seem to be having a great time. If you have a kid wrestling in this county you would love to have Osorio as your kid's coach.

Osorio and Baez are two of the nicest sweetest coaches around. They are hard working, dedicated, and supremely well versed in the grappling arts.
Aside from that, Osorio is a Volunteer at a retirement home where he goes every night after wrestling practice to clean bed sheets and then instructs his Geriatric audience in the arts of Tai Chi so that they may be more limber and enjoy their advanced years for some time to come.
Baez works tireless and heroically as a Firefighter/Paramedic and on his two days off volunteers his time at an animal rescue mission where he helps to save an rehabilitate injured and sick animals. You may have caught him on the news recently helping to push stray beached pilot whales back into the ocean. He is also famous for being the first person to perform the Heimlich maneuver on a leatherback turtle causing it to spew the Publix plastic bag it was chocking on and in the process saving the life of this critically endangered species.
Osorio and Baez are not merely wrestling coaches, they are true Super Hero's and anyone you ask (except for those affiliated with Columbus) will confirm that what I am saying if true.

I thought the Columbus heavy was running alot. There was numerous takedowns by American albeit out of bounds. I thought the official would have called stalling on the Columbus heavy at least once but he didn't. Other than that I though the American heavy was impressive and the match was totally dominated by him.

You are late phucker. I discovered Spideysorio last year. He was so shocked at first that he did not respond for like two weeks. He was trying to let it die down. I also said he would deny it and think of clever ways to defend himself, like log on as anonymous and pretend he is someone else. I always said, if you want to know whether or not he is Spiderman ask him to his face and pay attention to his behavior, body language, tone etc. I did it and it confirmed it for me. I don't know if others have the guts. Right now he is scrambling around trying to remember me as well. Trust in me, ask him and you will see. he can deny it all he wants. osorio didnt need him as much as the shelter did.
Osorio may be the best coach in the county. It is interesting, I noticed the same where Columbus had a bunch of coaches on their side while American just had Osorio.
In just his 2nd season he has American in what could arguably be the 2nd best team in the county at this point of the season.
Another observation. Last night I witnessed a coach take over a program that was substandard a few years ago beat a Columbus team that has been known for blatantly recruiting quality kids from the middle schools for quite some time.

Dade County wrestling will be hurt if Osorio does leave. His teams seem to be the only ones that actually have a shot against South Dade. Can anyone convince him to stay a couple more years. Does anyone talk to him?

I guess I would be a little frustrated as well if I was in Columbus's bandwagon. Let me make it clear, Columbus is a GOOD TEAM. But it must be frustrating when for years you have certain groupies brag about how good there team is, how great the school is, how inferior the Dade Public schools are, etc. etc. etc.
Last night, the GROUPIES themselves witnessed the opposing coach take over a well below average team, without the ability to recruit like Columbus Does. Okay, they got a couple of transfers such as Harris, and 2 others last year. But in reality American, just like Hialeah in the past were built and developed by Osorio. Anyways, they saw American beat a well recruited, and already developed team stacked with seniors in Columbus.
Good luck to both teams next week at GMAC. Regardless of which of the two teams you root for, they are 2 of the counties finest.

LOL Spidey, I am not Phucker. I'm just waiting for our discussion about the poll that you created in my honor. Congrats to Americhicano on their big win. I trust that you got them back to their retirement home on time? I would also like to wish our good friend (The American HWT) a happy Birthday as he turns 18 this month! Must be special being a junior in High School at 18. He can now vote, go to certain strip clubs, register for the draft etc. While most of our team will graduate at 17 1/2, three quarters of Americhicano will be 19 going on 20. As a matter of fact, our wrestlers will be sophomores in college when certain wrestlers will be graduating HS enroute to their education in landscaping technology.

WOW your kidding right? You lost to a better coached team with better kids and a better program and you still come on here talking trash? You are incredible. Any hope you had to be considered a worthy addition to this blog just went out the window. Lesson for you in coaching and wrestling, American has been around for two years (last year and this year). They have two or three seniors on their team so that means that most of those kids have yet to reach two years in this sport under the new coaching. Columbus, aside from their recruiting woes, have had numerous years to set up a team that can dethrone South Dade and have come up short time and time again and American came close to beating them in their second year. It must really suck to have all that money, that great wrestling room, brand new warm ups every year, seven coaches, and wonderful other things yet SUCK. I can't believe you are still talking crap. You should just hide your face in shame and cry.
Southridge, Krop, Braddock, and Southwest have been teams in the county that ACTUALLY have beaten South Dade in anything ever since they made the jump up to 3A. American has never really had a shot at beating South Dade in this year or the last. They have just been better than the rest of the county for these past two years. I like their chances next year though. They are young and can make a run for some postseason titles. Osorio has yet to win a team regional title. I think next year can be his first. Columbus on the other hand, they need to reload with some talent because they are losing much of their fire power, and it takes Columbus about 2 to 3 years to make noise with any of their recruits.
I'm sure they will have their recruiting tent set up at the junior high County Tournament.
Next year they got more coming. Lil Gulesian, Lil Rio, Lil Wethy
