Some of you felt it was OK so long as they did it their freshman year. Not a bad choice either, there is some prudence here, I lean towards this device only because it has the most likely chance of someday being instituted, though I think the first choice is still the better choice. What happens though to an athlete whose coach moves on for a better opportunity to a better program? That kid is forced to stay behind and languish with whatever bum might come in? Why can’t that athlete follow his coach? That is a very silly rule if you ask me; it’s like the schools own the athletes or something, I thought the Supreme Court all ready ruled on free agency? Let Athletes go where they want and follow the coach that got them there, it is the fair thing for both the Athlete and his Coach.
Some of you felt that it’s OK to transfer so long as the Governing body gives it their stamp of approval. A very wise choice for those of you already getting the athletes you want, you should want the rules to remain the same, you are smarter than the rest and have found a way to circumvent the rules and make them work for you. You know that if they opened it up to all, you would likely lose your advantage, not immediately, but certainly over time.
Not a single one of you believes that kids should be forced to go to their home school without exception. That is a very prudent view, so why do we have that policy in place. Yeah without exception is more restrictive than the current rules, but only because loopholes exist, like Magnets Programs, Curriculum Transfers, Best Interest Transfers, and my new favorite the Nickleby Transfer. All are just different ways to circumvent the system. Fake like you are interested in agriculture (for example) so you can wrestle at a certain school, or whatever their magnet is… It’s all very cute, just jump through a few hoops and go where you want.

It's A Double Standard
Athletes are being cheated, cheated by a double standard that is sickening and needs to be discussed.
Have any of you out there heard about the Nickleby program?
Yes well it’s very cute; it’s the government’s way of giving kids a fair shot (As they see it) at success. Basically under the Nickleby if you are a student who attends an "F" school you can legally transfer to any "C" or better school of your choice without repercussions; meaning that you would be eligible for all activities and athletics at your school of choice. That is fine and dandy, I don’t have a problem with that; I actually find it to be a positive development, because no one should be made to attend an institution that is underperforming. Everyone has the right to a better opportunity, and if that means you can find that opportunity at another school, then so be it.
But let’s get to the double standard shall we?
Why are athletics not considered just like academics in this situation? Every year hundreds of millions of dollars are awarded for Athletic scholarships, meaning that there are abundant opportunities for students to better themselves through athletics, but first they have to showcase their abilities. However, unlike with the Nickleby, a student that is at a school whose athletic programs are a joke or an “F” in athletics has no recourse to pick up and go elsewhere without repercussion. An athlete who transfers for athletic purposes is accosted and sanctioned by the system; he can lose a year or more of eligibility; and his future can be seriously impacted by this unfair and obvious double standard. I understand academics is important, but for many so are athletics, and in some cases just as if not more important.
Now before you get all bent out of shape, let me explain myself. Some kids go to school and sacrifice, study hard, and attend their classes, because of athletics. Without athletics, many students (especially males) would lack the motivation to keep up with their studies and their attendance; this is a reality. Athletes perform better on exams, have better attendance, get better grades, and are less likely to be detrimental in their behavior to the school environment than the general population of the school. These are facts according to the statistics compiled by the schools themselves.
Why should any athlete in any program be forced to attend a school where their sport of choice at that school would offer less than an adequate opportunity to maximize their potential and skill?
Why should their future be impacted so seriously because the system improperly objectifies athletics, when in fact athletes are proven to excel in the classroom and in the school environment beyond the performance of the average student?
Why are the opportunities that athletics offer less pertinent and receive less consideration than do academics?
I say it’s time to evaluate schools and their athletic programs, grade them based on their performance much as we do with schools on the FCAT, and if a school is found to be lacking in a sport, then their athletes should be allowed to transfer to a school of choice without penalty.
Of course we all know this is a pipe dream, and it will never happen. Therefore, heed the words of the Spiderman, if your want your child to have success in athletics and he belongs to a school who devalues his sport of choice, do everything you can to get him to a schools with an adequate program.
Cheat if you have to, your child’s future is more important than the rules that are biased against them.

A Must Read!
I thought it would be prudent at this juncture to put out and advisory so everyone understands their responsibility in remaining anonymous. We all had such a great time teasing and harassing the sheriff that we did not stop to sympathize with the difficulty of his situation. Though I always maintained it was a monster of his own creation, he could have done it all anonymously, but he chose to do it openly. He is the face of that site, and therefore bears the brunt of the attacks on it, and for that I don’t feel badly because he chose his circumstances. He bears quite a burden, but it is in his power to change it and still he persists. An admirable yet imprudent quality given the history of the site and the attacks brought on him personally.
OK, all that said, (and pay close attention) this is important.
If you are a coach, an official, an administrator, an athletic director, or otherwise bound by the regulations of the state governing body, you should understand that the things you say here or on any other site could be used against you.
The state governing body has made it clear to one of my sources (who works for the state governing body BTW) that should anyone that is obliged to follow their bylaws, that is accused of a breach in verbal decorum and public criticism, and assuming that said breach can be substantiated, the culpable individual would face the full sanction of the aforementioned governing body.
Sounds like legal mumbo jumbo I know; and while most of you with a proper education understand what I am saying, here is the KISS (Keep it simple stupid) version.
Don’t say shit to anyone officially about your identity on the blog because if they read it and can link you to what you may have said on a public forum, you could be fired dumb ass.
In conclusion, if you work under the regulations of the state governing body, don’t tell anyone your alias; if you can’t do that, and you get caught, you have no one to blame but yourself. If no one knows your Alias, that is the best possible scenario, if someone or more than one person knows, I hope it’s someone you can trust, and if it’s someone you don’t think you can trust, get a new alias and this time keep it to your self. Anyone and everyone can guess at who you are and what your alias might be, but so long as you don’t provide confirmation, good luck proving it.
One more thing, do you notice that I reference the state governing body by that title and not by the letters that would give them unequivocal identity? Yeah that’s because unless I say their exact name, they have to kiss my ass, there are thousands of State governing bodies, some for athletics some for music, some for Drama and some unrelated to education in any capacity. While we all know who I am talking about, legally they can go screw themselves, good luck proving that I am talking about them. You should be so prudent.

The Poll Is Closed:
The Results Are In.
Though there was no clear consensus of opinion, a large percentage of voters seem to think there is a chance the “Streak” could finally end, but they don’t see it as likely.
The next highest group felt that the “Streak” is in serious Jeapardy, some believing it is an absolute certainty.
There was also a strong contingent that believed that the “Streak” had no F-ing chance of being broken.
In any case, finding out will be quite the thrill, I can guarantee you I will or will not be there.

Power Ring Rankings
by:KW
12 Hialeah
11 Coral Reef
Lead by Dade County ’s top heavyweight, Michael Chinchilla, the knights of Sunset should make some noise. Coach Rivera has built quite a nice program at Sunset. While State Champion Nicholas Moriera and state qualifier Alexis Camino have graduated, Rivera’s young staff have been taking the younger knights all across the state to various weekend tournaments. Coach Rivera has more State Champions than he has Regional Champions. He knows how to get a wrestler to peek when it matters most. (John Durant and Nicholas Moriera both fall in to this category).
8 Hialeah Miami Lakes
Coach Turner has some new horses in the Trojan stable. While the stable no longer holds any Cupases or Ponces, he still has the same tough nosed kids that he has turned into champs year after year. Turner is a strong believer in Jeff Jordan’s camp and it is appearing to work for both Robert Ruiz and Alec Diaz. Other notable Trojans from early on in this preseason light weight Gabriel Alvarez Plus it never hurts to have 2 time State Champ and Multiple College All American Jorge Borgen to wrestle with the kids in practice everyday.
7 Homestead
The Broncos have had a history of showing up strong for GMACs, but not bringing the same horsepower 3 weeks later for the Region tournament. This year that might finally change for Coach Aaron Harris. Homestead will be lead by 2 state qualifiers from last season Julian Taylor and South Dade transfer Raymond “Pee Wee” Watson. Not to mention and cast of young lightweights who have done battle in the most difficult District in the State of Florida . What has slipped most people perception is that Homestead has put together the finest 9th grade class in all of Dade County . I do not know of any school that has 3 Middle School County Champs in it’s 9th grade group except for the Broncos who now have Earl Hall, Isiah Jerigan, and Ronald Howard (that is 2 different Schoolboy National Champions in the same line up). Now if the Broncos can keep the team together, healthy and eligible they might crack the top 5 by the end of the season.
5 Columbus
4 Southwest
That list of names is impressive: Morales, Lubin, Fonte, Molina, Silva, Plain, Passmore, Lilly, Chunga, McCray. Unfortunately, they had many more accomplishments in middle school than they have had in high school. (Fonte 2x County Champ, Plain County Champ, Morales County Runner Up, Passmore District Champ). This collective junior/senior group has been very underperforming in high school. And they tend to peak at the wrong time. Morales won GMAC and Fonte took 2nd as freshmen, but they didn’t make any noise the last 2 years. 2 years ago Fonte and Morales battled for a trip to state, that is the only time that either one of them has gone and Morales won that battle. Aside from Passmore’s trip to Lakeland , none of these Spartans have been to Lakeland . The injury bug has been especially brutal to Coach Johnson these past couple of years. After the Regional Title in 2004, there has not been much to celebrate in Spartanville the last couple of Februarys. Until I see differently, Southridge will look tough on paper, but not as tough as the top 2.
2 Braddock
The names may not jump off the screen, but they have a strong core to lead the Bulldogs. Of course everyone knows of 2time State Champion Eric Chandler and 1time State Champion Gabe Chandler . There is also State Qualifier Mario Montoto. Danny Perez could have qualified for States last year, hell he won his district semifinal match with a broken arm. Other names to watch for GMAC Placer Randy Pineyro, Cross Country sensation Fitz Rodriguez and Fernando Baltodano. The team will be solid from 119 up thru 160. If the heavyweights pan out this team will score some major points in Regions. But they will probably score even better at States when their best wrestlers rise to the top.
Drum roll please..........
1 South Dade
How many squads in the state can claim to have 3 wrestlers that are going to start for them that won National Championships last year. Kendrick Sanders, Fargo Junior Greco Roman National Champion, has only lost to 1 person in Dade County in his high school career and that wrestler is now a sophomore in college. Tico Baez, won NHSCA Preseason Nationals and sophomore Quintavian McPhearson also won his Championship at NHSCA Preseason. James “Rat” Williams earned All-American status at Fargo as well this past summer. Add in GMAC Champion Josh Williams, and a host of returning state qualifiers: Omi Acosta, Luis Montalvo, Stephon Moore, Shawn King, and Willie Wiggins. Add in Mauricio Villanueva, Elysee Fontaine, Daren Anguiano and the incoming 9th graders, there won’t be very many holes in this line up.
103 Mauricio Villanueva
112 Quintavian McPhearson
119 Omi Acosta
125 Josh Williams
130 Rat Williams
135 Tico Baez
140 Elyse Fontaine
145 Kendrick Sanders
152 Luis Montalvo
160 Shawn King
171 9th grade County Runner Up
189 Stephon Moore
215 Willie Wiggins
285 not sure

Doom Breaks Down Dade
The Jedi nation that is South Dade is lead by its own version of the Fantastic Four. Tico with his freakish strength is "The Thing". And then there is Sanders, whose flexibility and unorthodox wrestling style makes him "Mr. Fantastic". Next is The Rat whose speed and agility resembles that of the "Human Torch" And if any body on that team is somewhat invisible it is Omi Acosta. Invisible in the sense that he is over looked and underrated. These four along a host of other Freakazoids (King Kong, Capt. Caveman, and T-Rex) look to lead this nation to the promise land. If the second tier soldier’s progress like the soldiers before them they will not only own the land we call Dade but the land of Lakes as well! Only time will tell.
The Evil Empire is in the process of building back its Death Star and the completion of the project is sooner than the galaxy expected. The return of Chewbacca aka "Black" and the nasty little hood rat they call "Mushroom" inject a much needed "EVIL" back into a not so evil Empire. They join an already talented group of Storm troopers prepared to take back the Galaxy that was once theirs. If the Evil Spartan Empire can stay healthy and allow their soft spoken leader to lead them they will be a threat to the South Dade Nation. If you listen closely you could probably hear Balma-solo's sphincter tightening up now!
Like in years past the Braddock Federation will have a formidable army. They are lead by two Ja-Wa sized Jedi who are battle tested and ready for future "Dade Wars". One Jedi is dedicated to his art form, hardworking, and is fully committed to defeating his opponents while the other, lets just say is not so committed and has grown into a weight where men not boys will compete. Braddock will look for big things from the twin's side kick Mario Montoto. His development and ability to compete in a weight class he is to small for will be crucial for the Federation to keep up with the Evil Empire and South Dade Nation. No Army in the Dade Wars does a better job will average warriors and their Leaders should be commended.
#4- Southwest
#5- Columbus
The Evil Darth Husktor is still up to his tricky ways ransacking, plundering and pillaging every middle school within a 30 mile radius of his new institution. I guess though when you are 75 years old it is now or never. A new army that all of Dade county is going to "love to hate" the Explorers look to become a new elite power in the Dade Wars. But if recruiting from the local middle schools wasn't bad enough these guys take it to another level. I guess they think that their "Explorer" name means that they must explore the stands during the GMAC, Dade Challenge, and Regional tournaments for potential Columbus wrestlers. That right Coaches while you are out there coaching your warriors their parents are talking to your kid's parents about the benefits of a private school education, or the religious benefits, or the benefits of surrounding themselves with doctors and lawyers. Hold on tight to that which is yours my friends because before you know it the WOLF may get your sheep. All this aside the "NEW" Evil Empire is building strength, gaining momentum and ready to do some damage. Although it is the good doctor's belief that Ole Darth Husktor may be losing his touch. How in the world does he fail to negotiate a contract with the two best athletes coming out of middle school after bringing them in on recruiting visits and everything? I heard on ESPN that Drew Rosenhaus was the athlete's agent and that Darth Husktor wouldn't throw in the new Lexus that the parents were demanding.

The Sheriff Poll is Closed and a New Poll Opens
The overwhelming majority of you (14) think the sheriff is a paranoid control freak, which is probably the nicest thing anyone could have said about him on there. No one hates the guy which is a good sign for him because it was one of the options you could have chosen, though one person does think he’s a jerk. Four of you Love the guy and find him to be a sweetheart, seemingly a nicest thing one could have said, but I don’t know that I would want to be characterized in that way. In any case, those are the results of our first poll. I don’t anticipate having any more poll’s on the sheriff for now, as far as I am concerned the hatchet is buried and I am done with him so long as he does not tread on my civil liberties again. Though now that I am my own boss, I don’t see how he could, but you never know what one is capable of. I hope this Blog gains the following it deserves, I have some of the big names here, and I hope more will come soon, so tell your friends where they can find Spidey and his friends (and in some cases enemies). If anyone has any suggestions for a Poll they would like to see, just send it to me on my private box or post it in the comments section and I will be happy to oblige.
Say what you want to say, anonymously without an alias, anonymously with an alias, or say it with your real name if you so desire, but don’t be afraid to say it. You will not be censored by me, but if you are vulgar, profane, indecent, or use personal information, the Google Gods will get you, they call that objectionable material. So be smart with what you have to say and say anything.

A GAME OF CAT and MOUSE
Enough with the cryptic stuff, if you didn't already guess, the FHSAA is as the cat and the schools are the mice. Which mouse is champion in his sport year in and year out specifically correlates with their ability to risk an encounter with the cat. Yeah this is a wrestling message board, but to think it's just Oviedo and Brandon who are smart enough to circumvent the system is myopic, it goes on in every sport, in every division, and in every region of the state. To grasp the reality of it, let's take a quick sample (sorry I don't have the luxury of a more telling and in depth study)
6A North Western - Used an ineligible player, one who should have been expelled from school for sexual assault on a minor, but it was covered up until the Title was in hand. No to mention that they have as many as 12 players there that belong at other schools like Central, Jackson, and Edison just to name a few. And now that Billy Roll is the coach, forget about it, he has a history of thumbing his nose at the FHSAA and the G.M.A.C. He imported so many players at Killian that neighborhood kids quit because they were never going to see the field. So what did he achieve? Only Killian's first and likely last State title. So it was worth it? HELL YEAH! What did the FHSAA do? Noting! What could they do?
5A Lakeland - I won't talk about them because I don't have all the facts, and I don't want to use hearsay, but I'm sure many of you out there can bring some facts on how this team has become a recent power. I will talk about STA the runner up though; they are so far up every decent player in Broward's butt (and some in North Dade) that they are considering changing their mascot to a Colonoscopy scope. What did the FHSAA do? Noting! What could they do? Let's move on to another sport or this article will be 10 pages long.
6A Ely - A Mecca for basketball, if you live in Broward or North Dade and you are too big and Lanky for football, forget STA and go to Ely. Year in and year out, the tallest most talented players in Broward seem to end up at Ely even though they went to junior high way out of that zone, and year in and year out, Ely is in the hunt for the Basketball title. Miami high spent years upon years thumbing their noses and laughing all the way to 5 state titles while the FHSAA was powerless to stop them. What did the FHSAA do? Noting! What could they do?
3A Pace - AAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! The only school in Miami that recruits more than Pace is Columbus, with Gulliver coming in a close 3rd, but making strides to overtake the other two.
It would be hard for me to talk about the teams that won state title in Baseball last season because they are all well north or well west of Miami, so I will tell you about some teams in the past.
Columbus - only one of the best recruiting schools in the state LOL!!!.
Hialeah - Had a Cuban escapee pitcher that was rumored to be as old as 21 his junior year, it was subsequently discovered by MLB and a portion of his pro contract was returned because the player was older than the team that signed him thought he was when he signed. Im sure some of you have other insights into baseball, traditionally the most corrupt of sports, so bring the info, Id love to hear it.What did the FHSAA do? Noting! What could they do?
Since Varela opened its doors, the best and brightest soccer stars were attracted there by the facilities and by the promises of the little league soccer coaches that aligned themselves with that school. Varela took Sunsets place in that regard and Sunset the biggest offender prior to the arrival of Varela dared to question Varelas integrity, which really was quite a laugher in these parts. West Kendall might as well Be South America, the mix of athletes from Soccer countries there is second to none in the United States, and when you can get the best 7 or 8 prospects to go to one school, you have something special, that was Varelas formula. What did the FHSAA do? Noting! What could they do?
And Last but not least...
Obviously I am most knowledgeable about this sport, and all I could say to you, you would likely already know, so lets just do a little memory flash, Marco Toledo and Franklin Gomez just to name a few for Brandon, Brandon Hatchette is most memorable but lets not forget Fraga for Oviedo. Columbus is on the path to a title soon, as they continue to pillage from all over Dade County, with the Godfather pulling in the Gulesian brothers the Rio brothers and host of others.
If you want to win you better skim. Don't worry about the FHSAA they can't do anything anyway, assuming of course you have the right lawyer, judge, inside connection, or all your T's crossed and I's dotted so when they come to ask politely, you can look them in the face and lie. Don't worry, they won't know the difference the FHSAA is just a tired old and lame cat. That the FHSAA is not perfect goes without saying; that they are inefficient as much as they are ineffective is painfully apparent. But they have a ton of success in enforcing the rules on schools which are loath to break them. In their defense, how can you stop an organization that understands the rules better than they who wrote them? To further support the FHSAA I say, how do you stop organizations that have better litigators than the FHSAA does? And is the FHSAA to blame because that they may not be as sympathetic to some judge as a poor affected child just trying to make a better way in life. Finally, can you blame the FHSAA if some of their own members facilitate the cheating because some of the schools in question have connections deep inside the very organization meant to keep the playing field level? I think the FHSAA would argue that 99% of schools are in compliance and that is a great track record, the problem is the FHSAA fails to realize that the 1% of schools that circumvent their policies are the ones winning the State titles.
Thank God ???

THANK GOD???
Likely you were not offended if you are Christian, but what if you believe in a different God, or no God at all what then?
Would there be outrage then?
So because Jews, Muslims and even Atheist are the minority in this country we should not respect their beliefs? Thank God !!! Yeah what about this, Say Indianapolis had lost; the Reporter comes to the losing teams locker room and Tony Dungy replies "Well we would really like to Blame god for this loss, we prayed and prayed and he let us down. We tried to do it the Christian way, but we came up short. I am very surprised at the outcome because the other coach is a Muslim, we don't really understand how this could happen."

Tips for using my Blog (revised)
In reality, this Blog is much the same as the message boards, in fact it is way cooler if you ask me. Here are some tips for ease of use.
If you look on the right of the main page where it says Blog Archive, you will see all the subjects that are being discussed. The New subjects will always appear in Red and once you have clicked on them they will change to blue. If a subject interests you and you want to read and post on it, just click on that subject and you can see all the comments made on that subject. You can then add your own comment.
It is not required that you sing up, but it would be easier for all, that way your post’s have an alias attached to it and not just appear as anonymous, it is a great asset for the sake on continuity.
The only thing you can’t do is start a new topic, but if you write me a note on one of the topics already there, I will start any topic you wish.
I am also considering giving administrative privileges to a few of my closest allies, and that could be a treat.
Anyway, I hope you are al enjoying my Blog, and I hope to see many more of you here once the season progresses.
Also, if you selet a topic from the Archive section and you go all the way to the bottom you will see where it says Post Comments (Atom) click on that and at the top you will see a fild that says "Subscribe to this feed" if you do that it will automatically alert you when new content appears.
I hope you all enjoy using this site.

Moon Knights Insight
An account from a true believer in the Dade County Wars
1 - South Dade – Few have been able to step into bigger shoes and actually improve the program they have stepped into. Coach Balmaceda has done that and more. Year after year he comes out with weapons previously unknown. Talent after talent come out of the Buck training facilities. Yes, he has a lot of help, yes he has a kids program, yes he has multiple middle schools. Some would argue that this is the reason that his teams are great, I say that without him those programs and kids would suffer. Every great program needs a leader and he has proven that he can lead his teams to the promise land. This year he has his best team in quite some time and with high hopes he starts this season with a State Title on his wish list. A REAL STATE TITLE, not one that is bought and paid for. I seldom hear positive things about his kids but let me say that his kids are almost always polite and respectful, which is more than I can say for his fans. Good luck to him and his staff this year.

A Softening Stance by Spidey
OK I got what I wanted; I vented, I spewed, and I rebelled…
Enough, it’s time to go back to what we do best, WRESTLING, things related to WRESTLING, and the many stories that the many colorful characters that will show up here have to offer. More than anything, this site should be fun, you can say anything you want here, there will be no censorship save for a few exceptions like Vulgarities, Profanities, or Indecency, those are the sites rules not mine, but it will not be tolerated by them.
There are many ways to reference someone without using their name, nicknames, initials, affiliations are all acceptable, but please don’t use first and last names in conjunction because that positively identifies someone and that can’t happen. Be creative, be intelligent, and use your intellect to criticize and say what you want without being libel for it. Don’t post anyone else’s personal information such as addresses or phone numbers.
I never failed to realize that even free speech can be limited, but it is you that can make it limited, not speech itself. You may not for example shout Fire in a crowded theater because the stampede could get folks hurt and you would hold responsibility; but if you have a problem with the theater, you can stand outside on public property and tell everyone who will listen what your complaint is, or hold a sign stating as much.
That said, I will not go back to FKN either, I have finally found a home; so if you desire to hear what I have to say or what those that talk to me have to say, you will have to come here.
I hope this is our last stop.

The Power of Dade
By: Dr. doom
Every year it surprizes me how much talent is in dade county. Just when you think Dade is going to have a down year fresh new faces pop up and surprize everybody. American High has already impressed me. They just went from being a school with maybe one good wrestler to a very respectable team. I mean just the fact that they showed up on time is a major improvement. Love him or hate him that Tuban-Cuban does a helluva job! A few names that are going to do some damage in the near future are Earl Hall, Mattie Noffo, Mauricio Villanueva, Quint McPhearson as well as a few of them HML kids. It is good to finally have all the super heros and super villians on the same site. Thanks Spidey for making it happen. It looks to be an interesting year.DR DOOM

A PWD Classic
"I am sorry it took so long to respond, I am just now back from a trip to Asia for an international dog lovers rescue mission. It is an organization that discourages the slaughtering of dogs for nutritional purposes. I think we made some good progress in Korea and Vietnam, and soon hope that no more dogs will be consumed there.
I was touched by your post and can only encourage you to get out here and find a new dog, preferably one from the pound where so many innocent souls need rescuing from certain death. A dog is a man’s best friend, no one can deny that. Studies have show that dogs owners live longer, are less stressed and lead happier lives because of their K-9 companions. I for one love dogs, I love playing with them and I love having their friendship. Few things can be as fun as a game of fetch with your dog at the park, if you don’t believe me try it your self. And please please always remember, dogs are friends not food."

I would just like declare that my instincts or Spidey Sense if you will, were dead on AGAIN in regards to the fascist attitude and policies of our beloved sheriff.
Remember a little over a week ago when he invited me back, and I said (Publically and on FKN) I could not return so long as he remained the caretaker of that less fortunate website. Yes well, he validated my reasoning today; it turns out I went to sign in to my mailbox so I could communicate with some of my private correspondents, and low and behold, I read the Following,
“You do not have any access privileges to forums on this site”
“We're sorry to inform you that you have been banned from all activity on all Scout.com forums. We hope that you will continue to enjoy other content on the rest of the Scout.com network. This is an automated message, please do not reply.”
Did you really expect less?
It was a little bit of an experiment on my part, and of course the rat took the cheese. I decided I would reveal my secret screen name for two purposes, first off to prove to everyone that the sheriff does in fact come over to FKN and read our superior product (even though most of us are on hiatus). Secondly to establish once and for all that so long as he is in charge freedom of expression will suffer and be subject to his censorship regardless of any assurances he makes. I guess he knows that for reporting bits of news, and for stroking egos, the other site will do, but he knows that when people want to have a real conversation they come over here.
The second part of the experiment was where I once again established my superior intellect and instincts. I told two of my sources what he would do, and they will provide confirmation shortly that what I say is true. I proved that a Skunk can’t get rid of his stink; I knew that if I revealed my screen name, it would just be a matter of time before he came over, read it, and banned me from that site again. Never mind that he had just invited me back, stating that he would be more liberal and that he was less afraid of repercussions now and all that baloney. You see, I understand how this cat operates, I know this guy, and I know his petty and insecure nature. I never posted one single time on that site, the only writing I did over there was in the private message boxes, in effect he banned me because it’s me, and for no other valid reason, which makes this banning even worse than the previous one. Do I need to say I told you so?
A futile effort on his part really, he can’t keep me from using his mail system even if he wanted to, I can start a new web e-mail address every day of the week for the next 10 years if I wanted too, so he can’t keep me off, and he has no way of knowing who I am unless I reveal myself much as I did just a week ago. How would he know otherwise? I don’t read the inferior content on the other site unless prompted to do so by someone close to me, and then usually because it is about me.
So I will start a new screen name today; or maybe tomorrow, or maybe a week from now or 3 days or 10 days, he has now way of knowing. I will send out a public but encoded message with my new screen name to my loyal sources, and my network will be back up and running soon. He was not even smart enough to wait until a point in the season where it might affect my ability to communicate and put a damper in my reports, so I guess the only purpose banning me served was to reveal himself for what he is.

I'll Say What I Want To Say
The real problem is the site administrator of Flakidzia is a fascist. There is no room in his world for differing points of view, and freedom of expression. He says there is, but he does not act accordingly. Was it my imagination or did he issue me an invitation to return recently?
I quote “Spiderman, whoever he is, is welcome to come back and post on this site.”
Really because today I logged into the site and once he realized I was there he proceeded to have the internet gods ban me.
Freedom of speech does not mean freedom so long as those in power agree with you.
It does not mean that those in power are exempt from criticism and even ridicule deservedly or not.
It does not mean they get special privileges to suppress oratory.
It does not mean they get to pick and choose who can say what they want about them and who can’t.
They get away with it because they own the site, and while it is there privilege to do so, that does not make it right.
But of course they like everyone with absolute power they are absolutely corrupted. If someone says something that is without merit, it quickly fades away, and it is typically a non issue; Emperor Lawtonious’s problem is too many people agreed with me for his taste, and that he could not tolerate. Did I call him a Nazi? Yes! I did in accordance with his policies and his censoring of content, and I do not regret it. I don’t however remember anyone coming to his defense, and telling me I was wrong? Calling him a Nazi was not an attack on his race, it was an attack on his character; that he fails to recognize the difference is precisely the point.
The Moron on the other site decided he new what was the best content for that site and said the following about my stories of Flakidzia, again I quote “This is like three year old stuff”; really? When was the last time any of you let a three year old get to you, because I am pretty certain there is no three year old on this earth that can make me lose my composure. No it was just easier for him to act cowardly and appease the Sheriff and his complaints rather than take a stand for what is right.
If I was the site administrator on Flakidzia Originus and the sheriff contacted me because someone was saying boo boo things about him, I would tell him to shove it. I would tell him if you don’t like our content don’t read it, and I would tell him to worry about his own site and not mine. I know that is a lot to ask, that men stand up for their principles and for what is right, instead of taking the easy way out and acquiescing like a lame duck.
Well I am the site administrator for this Blog; here you can say what you want to say so long as it is not vulgar or profane. I will not bow down to oppression, I already left one country for that reason and it will not happen again. Many of you were born with silver spoons in your mouths in regards to freedom; it is actually to your detriment, for I had to flee an oppressive regime under penalty of death to earn the freedom that I so fervently revere. You on the other hand were born in freedom and don’t have sense enough to respect it and what it means.
I am here to say what I want, and I will. Many will hear me, and you can not stop me.

The Ballad of Dr. Doom
It’s 9’O Clock on a Friday
The regular crowd is reading the message boards
As I am browsing through the same ole bullsh*t
Without you I realize this place is a bore
Hey, Spidey can you spin me a controversy
Maybe one about Brandon or Oviedo
Make it spicy & sweet on how they F-ing cheat
Florida wrestling has reached an all-time new low
“Chorus”
Spin us a web you’re the Spiderman
Spin us a web tonight
Cause we’re all in the mood for a controversy
And you get us feeling uptight
Oh, la la la, de de daLa la de de da da da
Now John this guy Spidey is a friend of mine
He says that freedom of speech is a necessity
And he is quick with a joke about teams who have choked
But, now there is someplace that he’d rather be
I mean John his absence is killing me
The Spider’s home is on this web space
I’m sure he’d come back and bring us a few laughs
If you could stay out of his face
Now John the Sherriff is this web page’s perfectionist
Who made refereeing & wrestling his life
And he is talking with Gugli who’s old, bald and Fugli
And there is no doubt he will be for life
Come now Spidey and bring along your antics
Floridakids.us would be the best bet
Yes we’ll share and we’ll gossip like 12 year olds
You must admit it’s better than Floridakids.net
“Chorus”
Spin us a web you’re the Spiderman
Spin us a web tonight
Cause we’re all in the mood for a controversy
And you got us feeling uptight
Oh, la la la, de de da
La la,de de da da da
We have a pretty good crowd on this message board
But it’s hard for me to crack a smile
Cause we all know that it’s Spidey they’ve been coming to see
To talk about wrestling and laugh for awhile
And his keyboard probably smells like Cohibas
And his mouse probably smells like a beer
As we sit in our classes and we scratch our fat asses
And say man I wish Spidey were here
Oh, la la la, de de da
La la, de de da da da
Some of the younger members of this board might not be able to appreciate the classic music that is Billy Joel so I advise you to step away from your Playstations and PS2's and get some culture. Hope you enjoyed it. DR DOOM

The Exile of Spiderman
The landscape of flakidzia and it citizenry revolved around the life of athletics. The land held many citizens, and many different sports to which each citizen was affiliated. Footballers, baseballers, basketballers and more; but this story focuses on the citizens who were best known as the grapplers. The Grapplers were a strong race of humans for whom hand to hand combat was a way of life. These humans were fascinated by a sport called wrestling, a sport where combatants attempted to subdue their opponenst by forcing their opponents shoulders to the ground. Grappling took place throughout the land of Flakidzia, and often the populace gathered to speak of what was going on in the land. For the most part everyone new everyone else and though there was much cheating, unscrupulous behavior, and other peculiar activities, the mischief went on unquestioned because no one dared speak out.
Then one day one of their own took it upon himself to make things right. He assumed a secret Identity and tagged himself the Spiderous. He used his secret position to fight for, expose and enlighten all things wrestling. He quickly became a thorn in the side of malicious behavior, unscrupulous activities, and superfluous abuses. He fought against logically flawed arguments, biased rankings, and exposed the nepotism that was poisoning the land. He would leave anonymous scrolls nailed to trees for everyone to read and for everyone to debate; often exposing the truth of a misdeed and bringing topics out into the open where the assailants could not so easily obscure the facts. Spiderous’s popularity quickly grew, and with it grew the gatherings of the populace, eager to read what he would write next.
The ruler of Flakidzia was a distinguished and well liked man named Larblustein. Larblustein however had a big kingdom to run, and so he found it necessary to deputize a man called Lawtonious. Lawtonious was an older grappler turned arbiter from the north, who moved south to Flakidzia seeking warmth and relief from the white powder which seasonally froze the northern lands. He was well informed and well versed in the events of Grappling in Flakidzia, and so he accepted Larblusteins appoint to be the Sheriff.
Once his appointment was assured, Lawtonious’s power grew, and with it grew his sense of self. He felt compelled to direct and establish what could or could not be said by the populace about grappling in Flakidzia. There were those that were undeterred by his despotic attention, and many paid the price, some deservedly so, but others not so much. Many were hunted down and reprimanded, and others were even stripped of their identities and then banished from Flakidzia. Spiderous did his best to remain within the constructs of the parameters Lawtonious had established; every once in a while pushing the boundaries a bit, yet ever respectfully withdrawing when Lawtonius made private contact to complain that some of the more powerful citizens were threatening legal action against him. Spiderous understood Lawtonious’s predicament, yet this was a free land, a land where freedom of expression was the right of every grappler.
Spiderous had been faithful to Flakidzia for a long time, but the pressure from the sheriff to curb his criticism of those that deserved it was becoming unbearable. The final straw came when the Lawtonious sought to end the Spiderous’s most recent campaign by withholding all the paper issued to grapplers. Spiderous was beside himself with the sheriff’s egregious disregard for the will of the people, and went on a self imposed hiatus. The Spiderman threatened to uproot himself after the many years of loyalty and start using his power to fight for another land. The arrogance of the sheriff went untethered, and he mocked the Spiderman with a public aphorism that read; “if a stream runs through the woods and no person is near enough to hear, is there any stream there at all? The Spiderous took this as an affront to his standing in the community and made his self imposed hiatus a permanent exile.
Spiderous moved himself to another land called Flakidzia originus, the father land of Flakidzia, where everything talked about in grappling had originally started, and where Spiderous himself was born. He let some of his faithful followers know of his move, and soon many were following him and moving back to the motherland. Enraged and likely even threatened by the quick following Spiderous had developed on Flakidzia Originus, Lawtonious went so far as to revoke Spiderous’s passport to assure that he could not cross over between lands ever again.
This does not end the end of the story of Spiderous and Lawtonious, it is likely only the beginning, stay tuned.

The Folly of Lawtonious
King Larblustein had allowed his empire to stagnate and fall into the wrong hands, and paid the ultimate price, and in his place had arisen the evil sheriff.
From the time of the Spiderous’s departure, no champion other than Dr. Doomanic managed to inject even little life into the land. The good Doctor took it upon himself to issue a public decree that the Spiderous should be allowed to return to Flakidzia. Doomanic wrote and inspiring melody that made the citizens of Flakidzia feel melancholy but also exhilaration at the prospect that this could inspire the Spiderous’s return.
Many citizens posted there feeling of support on parchments and nailed them to the trees of the land anonymously, hoping that the Spiderous would see the call for his return and come back to what had become a sad land.
The citizens feared the evil emperor Lawtonious and they feared he would seek retribution for anyone showing support for the return of the Spiderous; but uncharacteristic fashion Lawtonious himself came out and proclaimed he would also welcome the Spiderous’s return.
Meanwhile the Spiderous was back in his homeland of Flakidzia Originus taking a brief respite; it was the time of calm that normally precedes the return of grappling games which would ensue soon enough.
One day there came by envoy a message from a fellow Warrior who had also experienced first hand the Persecution of Lawtonious.
The Spiderous looked at the parchement and immediately understood who it was from; there was no mistaking the emblazoned Moon insignia stamped on the wax used to seal the document .
My good friend Spiderous, I am writing to make known to you that the citizens of Flakidzia have rallied support for your return. I ask you to please investigate the matter for we own the faithful citizens of Flakidzia at least that much.
Sir Moonious, along with the Spiderous, Darksiderous and a few others had refused to bow to the sheriff, and instead left then New lands and returned home to Flakidzia Originus to restore the freedoms that had been corrupted by the Sheriff in Flakidzia.
The Spiderous was a reasonable man, and he understood the loyalty of his followers; in fact he had never really lost touch with them, for he had taken on a double secret identity so as to return to Flakidzia undetected. He donned a mask of Tobacco Leaves and stitching and went about the country unrecognized as by the name of Maniguitious.
He forewent any action in Flakidzia, and never meddled in the affairs of that land, but the citizens who were in his network new that he was still around, and when they needed his consult or desired to report some injustice, they always had the means to find him.
So the Spiderous returned to Flakidzia one night in diguise to see if what his friend Moonious had reported was accurate.
In fact it was, many pleas from the Citizens asking for his return, and even the public decree by the evil Emperor Lawtonious opening the way for his return.
But the Spiderous was no fool, he recognized Lawtonious’s ploy; he knew that a return to Flakidzia would bring back some popularity to Lawtoniuos, and he knew there must be other ulterior motives.
The Spiderous consulted one of his closest allies, Darksiderous, and together they set in motion a plan to expose Lawtonious’s treachery.
The Spiderous wrote an open scroll in the land of Flakidzia Originus and posted it publically for everyone to see. He expressed regret at not being able to return to Flakidzia so long as the evil emperor Lawtonious was in control, but as a gesture of good will, he would make his hidden persona of Maniguitious known to all.
Several days passed, the Spiderous and his two associates Moonious and Darksiderous waited to see what action the emperor would take. At first nothing happened and business went on as usuall, but then as if a storm that brews in your back yard came the attack.
Parchments carrying the imperial seal were placed everywhere one could see, and it stated the following…
“As of this moment Maniguitious no longer has any access or privileges in this land. We inform you that he has been banned from all activity in Flakidzia.”
Signed: Emperor Lawtonious
The Spiderous and his fellow warriors had been correct about the motives of Lawtonious, it was evident that the invitation for the Spiderous to return was merely a self serving trap clumsily laid out.
It was not long there after that the Spiderous exposed his counter trap, and once again exposed Lawtonious for the corrupt and evil Dictator he had become.
The Citizens of Flakidzia recognized the truth of the Spiderous’s words, and they lamented their situation in the land.
So ends this chapter in the saga Flakidzia, but stick around the two part sequel will be out soon, the working titles right now are
“The Fall of the House of Lawtonious”
And
“The Exodus of Flakidzia”
